We are working with a fast paced, rapid growth software company based in the CBD. Our client provides accounting software to the legal sector throughout Australia and need a specialist who can provide training and support to clients!

A successful candidate will fire on all cylinders and faces challenges head on. We are looking for someone who has a positive, pro-active attitude and must have passion for helping your clients and your business and focus on delivering results.

The role:

  • General helpdesk support
  • Customer support via email, zoom and phone calls
  • Software and bug testing
  • Technical documentation writing
  • Working with the development team to improve the software

Skills required:

  • Attention to detail and prioritisation skills essential
  • Previous experience as Helpdesk/ IT support (2+ years)
  • Strong understanding of SQL
  • Competent using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Basic programming skills
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound knowledge around Microsoft 365

Desirable:

  • System administration experience
  • Knowledge of legal precedents and documentation
  • Worked within the Law industry
