A Client of mine is looking for a scrum master with a deep understanding of agile methodologies to work on a exciting open banking product. you will promote and support agile framwork and disciplines.
The Scrum Master is a servant-leader for their Squads. That means it is the Scrum Master's primary duty to serve the squad by removing impediments to ensure maximum value can be achieved. It is also the duty of the Scrum Master to help those outside the Scrum Team understand which of their interactions with the Squad are helpful and which aren't. The Scrum Master helps everyone change these interactions to maximize the value created by the Squad.
You Will Have:
Demonstrated experience in a Scrum Master role for 3-5 years
Certified Scrum Master
A degree in Business relevant IT or Business discipline or relevant experience
Advanced communication & interpersonal skills
Growth mindset - focus on self and people development
Australian scrum master experience - min 2 years
We're looking for people that walk the fine line between delivery and people focus (coaching/ culture/ support)
Must have experience 'scrum mastering' multiple squads / teams
Proven experience with agile reporting and squad metrics - will have the opportunity to redesign and implement new reporting processes
Experience in banking or lending industry
Experience in facilitating the agile transformation of an organisation
some excellent coaching experience is a MUST!
Minimum 5 years' genuine Scrum Master experience
Genuine Agile Coaching experience
Coaching the Development Team in cross-functionality and self-organisation.
Assist the Development Team to create high-value products.
